These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the telehealth platform operated by Specialist Connect 360 (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account, booking a consultation, or otherwise using the Platform, you (“User,” “you,” or “patient”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
1. Nature of Services
Specialist Connect 360 provides a digital platform that enables patients to connect with licensed healthcare professionals (“Specialists”) for telehealth consultations. Specialist Connect 360 does not practice medicine or provide healthcare services. All medical advice, diagnoses, and treatments are provided solely by Specialists, who are independent licensed professionals responsible for the care they deliver.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Platform only if you:
Are at least 18 years of age;
Provide accurate and complete information during registration; and
Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. User Obligations
By using Specialist Connect 360, you agree to:
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Provide accurate health and personal information to Specialists.
Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
Acknowledge the limitations of telehealth, including the inability to perform physical examinations in some cases.
4. Specialist Obligations
Specialists using the Platform are solely responsible for:
Maintaining valid professional licenses and credentials;
Providing care consistent with applicable federal, state, and local laws;
Delivering accurate, ethical, and appropriate medical advice and treatment.
5. Fees and Payments
Consultation fees are disclosed at the time of booking.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
Refunds, where applicable, are governed by Specialist Connect 360’s cancellation and refund policy.
6. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, software, trademarks, and content, is the exclusive property of Specialist Connect 360. Users are granted a limited license to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and related services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Specialist Connect 360 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Specialist Connect 360 is not responsible for medical advice, treatment, or outcomes provided by Specialists.
Specialist Connect 360 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The Company’s aggregate liability is limited to the total amount of fees you paid to Specialist Connect 360 in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Specialist Connect 360, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
10. Termination
Specialist Connect 360 may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may discontinue use of the Platform at any time. Upon termination, your access rights immediately cease.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Hillsborough County/Florida.

Specialist Connect 360 (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use our telehealth Platform.
1. Information We Collect

Health Information: Medical history, symptoms, consultation records, and other health data.
Payment Information: Billing details, processed securely by third-party providers.

Facilitate and manage telehealth consultations.
Provide secure communication between patients and Specialists.
Process payments and manage accounts.
Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Sharing of Information
We may share information with:
Specialists delivering healthcare services.
Service providers supporting payment processing, hosting, or IT operations.
Government or regulatory authorities as required by law.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to advertisers or third parties.
4. Data Security
Specialist Connect 360 uses industry-standard safeguards, including encryption, secure storage, and restricted access, to protect your personal and medical information. However, no system is completely secure.
5. HIPAA Compliance
Specialist Connect 360 complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (HITECH), and applicable state privacy laws. Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) are executed with Specialists and service providers as required.
6. Your Rights
You may have certain rights under applicable law, including the right to:
Access and request a copy of your personal information.
Request corrections or updates.
Request deletion of data, subject to legal requirements.
Restrict or object to specific data uses.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal and health data only as long as necessary to deliver services and comply with applicable laws.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted on the Platform with a new Effective Date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
